This is a small project. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Privacy and security reports are prioritized.
What we can help with
- Bug reports — describe the tool, the file type, and the symptom (a screenshot of any error helps).
- Feature requests — what conversion you'd like added, what use-case it solves.
- Privacy and data requests — see Privacy Policy.
- DMCA / takedown notices — only relevant to content on the site (we don't host user files), but reach us anyway and we'll route appropriately.
- Press / partnerships — same email, prefix the subject with
[partnership]or[press].
What we can't help with
- Recovering files. Because nothing is uploaded, we have nothing to recover. Always keep an original copy until you've verified your converted output.
- Custom conversions or per-user support — for a small free project, we have to keep this honest.
